The Wine & its composition

The red wine is a light blend of gellewza and syranz originating from the valleys of Burmarrad and the hills of Naxxar. Compliments all kinds of cuisine and can be served chilled or at room temperature.

Wine is produced according to the carefully selected variety of grapes chosen for that years' production.

So far Izola Wines has created a variety of different wines throughout the years, namely Carignan, Merlot, Shiraz and Gellewza which is indigenous to the Maltese Islands.
